4. Can I upgrade from an Essential License to a Pro or Expert License?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The upgrade will provide you immediate access to the additional benefits, including the 50 Wethos Standard licenses.
5. What are the payment options?
Payments are made monthly or annually. We accept major credit cards and various other forms of secure online payments.
6. Is there a trial period for any of the licenses?
We offer a 30-day free trial allowing you to explore our features before making a financial commitment with the option to invite 2 additional users.
7. How do I manage my licenses?
You can manage your licenses directly from your account dashboard. This includes inviting users, monitoring your license utilization, and upgrading or purchasing additional licenses as needed.
