Setup Guide
Get connected in minutes.
Follow the steps for your role to connect Wethos and Slack.
Admins connect Slack to the Wethos platform so the entire team can use WethosXO in Slack. This only needs to be done once.
01/Step
Access Admin Mode
Click your profile picture and click "Admin" if you're not already in that mode.

Navigate to Integration for Slack
Go to Admin Menu → Connected Apps → Integration for Slack → Connect Now.
03/Step
Choose your Slack Workspace
Input your Slack Workspace and click "Continue." If you don't know, click "Find your workspaces."

Review & Allow
Review the requested permissions, then click "Allow."
05/Step
Confirmation
You should now see confirmation that Slack is connected successfully.
Once an admin has connected Slack, every team member can add WethosXO to their own Slack workspace.

Download the Slack App
Navigate to the app store and search for Slack. Download "Slack for Desktop."

Sign In to Slack
Sign in using the same email address that you use in the WethosAI application.
03/Step
Find Apps
In the bottom left of the app, find where it says "Apps." Click the + button next to Add apps.

Add WethosXO
Find and add the WethosXO app.
05/Step
Confirmation
Once added, the WethosXO app will appear in your Slack app. You can interact with XO directly here as you would in the platform.
The WethosXO App for Slack uses AI and can make mistakes. Make sure to check responses for any inaccuracies.
