Search has been redesigned. You can now search across everything — users, groups, Brainstorms, and, most importantly, all of your messages, including those inside Brainstorms. No more trying to remember which Brainstorm held that one key detail.
Tab between users, groups, Brainstorms, and messages, and filter where you want to search.
You can now drag and drop files directly into any Wethos chat — General XO, Group XO, Twins, and Brainstorms — and talk them through with XO or your team.
Add up to 10 files at once (20MB limit each), including images, video, audio, PDFs, and Microsoft Office documents. In group chats and Brainstorms, everyone can ask XO about them and download them too.
You can now build and train a Twin — a digital representation of you that teammates across your organization can talk to. Train your Twin with documentation about yourself (resume, blog posts, and more) and chat with it to record memories. It combines everything with your profile, Wethos Styles, traits and biases, and About Me section.

Chat responses no longer cut off
XO's chat responses no longer get cut off before they finish.
Dashboard messages stay put
Unread and tagged items on the dashboard no longer disappear unexpectedly.
Leaving a brainstorm returns you to the list
Removing yourself from an AutoBrainstorm or Brainstorm now immediately returns you to the list view instead of leaving you on a dead page.
Follow-up prompts render inline
Suggested follow-up prompts now appear inline in the conversation rather than pinned to the bottom of the screen.
Breakout visibility corrected
Fixed a case where a breakout could appear to an admin who wasn't a member of the team, though they couldn't open it.
Image generation reliability
Fixed an issue where XO returned an empty response before an image-generation request completed.

XO can now step into your brainstorms whenever it identifies an opportunity to help, such as correcting a factual error, resolving a circular disagreement, surfacing an unanswered question, or crystallizing a decision. In these moments, XO contributes on its own without anyone needing to @mention it. You always control which brainstorms XO can proactively participate in.
XO Facilitator can:
Toggle XO Facilitator on or off per conversation from the brainstorm settings or the conversation menu.
Introducing Virtual Members, a way to bring anyone into your brainstorm even if they're not on the Wethos platform. Enter a person's name, role, and background, and Wethos generates their working style profile and simulates how they'd contribute to the conversation.

Wethos now works directly inside Microsoft Teams. Run full brainstorm sessions and get private coaching without leaving the app your team already works in.
Tooltips dismissed properly
Tooltips no longer remain stuck on screen when clicking XO textarea options.
XO Voice scroll fix
The XO input box no longer overlaps the last question in a brainstorm response, so you can scroll to see everything.
Strikethrough text renders correctly
Strikethrough formatting in XO responses now displays properly.
Nested list bullets aligned
Bullet positions in nested lists are now correctly indented.
Table scrolling restored
Tables that overflow horizontally can be scrolled again.
Table cell font size corrected
Table content now displays at the proper font size.
Keyboard navigation fixed in brainstorms
Keyboard selection is now properly disabled for hidden content on the brainstorm view.
Dashboard traits/biases empty state
The empty state on the dashboard now shows with the correct background.
Slack timezone corrected
XO messages sent via Slack now use the correct timezone for each user.
Image carousel dot clicks
Tapping carousel dots in fullscreen image view no longer accidentally closes the lightbox.
Public brainstorm banner
The green banner indicating a public conversation now appears correctly on mobile.

Dashboard calendar resets properly
The calendar dropdown on your dashboard now resets to “Today” when you sign in or refresh the page, rather than getting stuck on a previous selection.
Long messages scroll correctly
Sending a long formatted message in a brainstorm or group conversation no longer causes the scroll to break. The view now properly scrolls to the bottom.
Extra whitespace removed from XO responses
XO responses no longer show large gaps of whitespace while other people are typing.
GIFs render correctly
Sending a GIF in a conversation no longer briefly displays as raw markdown text until reload.
PowerPoint files now process correctly
Uploading PowerPoint files no longer fails during document analysis.
SSO login no longer shows a stuck loading cursor
Logging in via SSO previously left a busy/loading cursor on screen. This has been fixed.
XO audio playback
Tapping the play button while audio is still loading no longer causes a broken playback state.
XO empty responses handled gracefully
In rare cases where XO's AI couldn't generate a response, you'd see a blank message. Now you'll see a clear “Please try again” message instead.

Public brainstorm indicator restored
The green banner showing when a brainstorm is visible to everyone was temporarily missing. It's back.
XO audio plays correctly
Clicking the audio button multiple times no longer causes it to play over itself.
No more duplicate actions in brainstorm summaries
Buttons now properly disable while loading, so you won't accidentally trigger the same action twice.
Tagging works reliably in brainstorms
Tagging users and XO in brainstorm conversations now works as expected every time.
AI experts respond consistently
In rare cases, AI experts in brainstorms would stop responding mid-conversation. This has been resolved.
Chatbot conversations flow smoothly
Occasional errors that interrupted chatbot sessions have been eliminated.
Safari compatibility improved
Several display issues specific to Safari on the new dashboard have been fixed.
Slack integration fixed
The Slack connection card was incorrectly showing as “disconnected” even when connected. This has been corrected, along with improvements to the overall Slack connection flow.
Smarter meeting difficulty rankings
When you ask the chatbot about your most difficult meetings, it now ranks them based on factors like attendee count, meeting length, participant seniority, and meeting type — rather than who has or hasn't RSVP'd. This gives you a much more useful answer.
