Google Calendar Data

Wethos does not leverage any Google Calendar APIs to develop, improve, or train any generalized AI or machine learning models.

Google User Data

What Google user data is accessed?

WethosAI prioritizes user data privacy and control. Our platform is designed with a strict access policy regarding your Google user data. WethosAI only accesses your Google user data when you explicitly choose to share it through the secure Google Document picker. This means that WethosAI does not access your Google user data unless you have taken the specific action of sharing it with us. We do not automatically scan or access any of your Google data without your direct and informed consent. This explicit sharing mechanism ensures that you, the user, maintain complete control over which documents and data WethosAI interacts with, upholding your privacy and data security.

How Google is user data used?

When WethosAI receives Google user data, it is contained within the specific group where it was shared. This data provides additional context for WethosAI when responding to prompts from authorized users within that same group. As detailed below, users within that group must also have access to the data through native Google permissions. We do not sell your data to third parties, but we may share it with partners who help us deliver our services.

With whom is Google user data shared?

WethosAI prioritizes and respects Google's established permissions regarding data access. While users can share files or folders within WethosAI's group scope, allowing WethosAI to use this data for prompt/response context, WethosAI will not pull content or allow interaction with data that a user does not natively have access to via Google permissions. We do not sell your data to third parties, but we may share it with partners who help us deliver our services.

How does WethosAI protect Google user data?

Users retain complete control over their data, with the ability to remove it from the WethosAI ecosystem at any time. While within the WethosAI ecosystem, data handling is governed by this privacy policy. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized users solely through the WethosAI application, as detailed in the preceding paragraph.
