Platform Tour: Old vs New

A WethosAI narrator walks through a side-by-side comparison of the existing platform and the refreshed UI, covering the profile, teams, dashboard, and working-together features. The tour highlights the redesigned profile page with customizable banners and AI-generated imagery, the four WethosAI style scales (ideas, relational, action, and order), and team views of cognitive diversity, outliers, and biases. A recurring theme is XO, the behavioral-science-trained assistant coach that stays in context of the individual, their teams, and their calendar, offering recommended prompts, meeting prep and agendas, and open-ended follow-up questions. It closes with the new global search for finding any person or team and generating contextual task breakdowns for collaboration.
